1. Are your products original?
Yes, all of our products are 100% genuine and original. None of our products are export leftovers or defected/damaged goods.

2. Where is CATALOGUE47 based?
We are based in Karachi and deliver all over Pakistan.

3. Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
As per our policy, products can be returned and fully refunded 7 days after the package is delivered, as long as the item(s) are tagged, unused, and in resalable condition. This policy applies to products purchased on full price and not on sale items.

4. How can I return my order?
You can contact us to put in a return request and after your request is accepted and processed, you will be provided with instructions on how to return your order.

5. How will I be refunded?
The return amount shall be sent to the customer's provided bank account. Please note that it might take a few days for some banks to process the transaction.

7. Can I cancel or amend my order?
CATALOGUE47 processes your orders swiftly which is why major amendments cannot be made once the order is processed. We will always call the customer before processing their order, hence minor changes, such as to your address can be made. Order cancellations can be made if the customer contacts us before the order is processed.

8. Who will deliver my order?
TCS is cooperating with Catalogue47 for delivery of your orders.

9. When will my order be delivered?
In most cases, orders placed before 5pm in major cities will be delivered next day. Orders placed from remote areas may take 1 - 3 working days to be delivered.

9. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you shall receive a message with your tracking number. This number can be used to track your order with the TCS Express Tracking Service.
